I have been practicing photography for roughly 4 years. My aim is to become a freelance photographer concentrating on the environment and the natural world which most of my photography is based on.
I really enjoy finding beauty in the natural world which is what most of my photography portrays and I used to favour colour because it suited my photographic style. However, I love the effect of black and white and on my other work I like to utilise it quite often. I like a lot of different genres; not just environmental based ones.
Recently I have been testing myself by working on projects. Doing this has been very different from walking around in my local area and taking photographs of things visually appealing to me which is how my hobby came about. I have also had the opportunity to add portraits to my collection and I am looking forward to pushing myself even further at University, developing my style, and finding influences.
